The whiteboard was of good quality and easy to fit with the enclosed concealed fixing kit. It was ordered on Friday and delivered on the following Monday. A signature was required and the shipping confirmation email gave a link to the TNT tracking website which did not work. TNT only handle the Dutch end and the UK delivery was subcontracted to Yodel, so it arrived without warning. Customer Services are aware of the problem, but I did waste time trying unsuccessfully to get the TNT link to work.
