This you might conclude after giving the product a closer look when you've opened the packaging. If such a situation occurs, you're allowed to return your product if you're still in your 14 days withdrawal period. This period starts from the day you've received your order. During this period, you're allowed to fully examine the product. This does not however mean that you can actually use it. Examining the product entails taking a look at the product in the same way as you would do in a brick-wall store. Used products, cannot be returned or refunded. This 14 days right of withdrawal period ends 14 days after you signed for your order. |
